Pop Balloons to find hatchlings and protect the Bird Village from naughty piggies in Angry Birds Blast. 

Angry Birds Blast is a color matching game that makes you pop balloons to win levels. The game starts by teaching you how to play: tap on matching balloons to pop them. You need a minimum of 2 balloons of the same color side by side to pop, the more the better. If the objective is to collect a certain color, every time you pop it, a bird will come out and fly to the top. There are also additional quests in the game while you fulfill orders. 

The top left corner is the level goal: collect balloons of specific color, bring a hot air balloon to the top, or destroy the pigs. The top center screen has the amount of moves you have to fill the orders. Your total score is on the right, and it is a filler bar with 3 stars. The bar fills with each successful move, showing you how many more points to get 3 stars. There is also a bonus if you complete the puzzle before your moves run out. 

Matching two to pop the bubbles, and more will float up from the bottom. Match 5 of the same color to create a rocket, 6 same colored bubbles or more will create a spiky balloon with pins inside. Pop a cluster of 9 or more to create a laser gun. Once you create a booster, you can leave it on the board until you need to activate it, or if a booster affects it, then it will trigger. 

The rocket will turn to point horizontally or vertically with each move, tap on it to activate the booster. It will clear the row or column, depending on which way it is pointing. When you tap on a spiky balloon, it will explode all the balloons around it. The laser gun will clear all the balloons the same color as the gun. If the boosters are side by side, tapping one will activate both. Both boosters will combine their effects. 

Two rockets will clear balloons in a cross pattern, a rocket and a spiky balloon clears two rows of balloons instead of one. If you combine the laser with a rocket, all the balloons that are the same color as the laser will turn into a rocket. It is the same situation with the laser and spiky balloon. Two lasers will blast out all the balloons on the board. You can also combine more than two boosters, as long as they are next to each other. 

When you win a level, you get blue coins, which allows you to buy power-ups in the game. There are 5 power-ups you can buy when you are playing a level. The slingshot will pop one balloon, Scramble reshuffles the board so your balloons line up nicely. Vertical rocket shoots straight, while the horizontal clears the row. The laser gun will clear the balloons of the color that you pick. You need gold coins to buy more moves if you run out before completing the order. 

While you are matching orders, there are additional side- missions. Sometimes, a bird’s egg or a puzzle piece will appear after you pop balloons. These are part of the daily quest or events that will earn you extra bonus boosters. You must pass the level to keep the egg or puzzle that you found. Each puzzle or egg is random, and they do not always appear in the game. 

Due to the limited moves, your best bet is to pop large clusters to create boosters. While you can start the game with a +3 move, a spike balloon or a rocket, you can easily create them while playing. Although it is an advantage to activate them if you are having trouble. 

In bubble levels, double lasers do not automatically pop bubbles. You have to pop them or use the rocket or spiky balloon for it to clear. There are also various obstacles in the game. From creates, ice blocks to cages, these require more than one move to destroy. You will need boosters to clear the level before your move runs out. 

The game rewards you for consistent playing if there is a streak event. Once you win enough levels, you are given a rocket or a spiky balloon when you start. This helps you meet target objectives quicker, so it encourages you to use power-ups to avoid running out of moves. However, you do not have to work hard to keep your boosters, because you can always regain your win streak. 

There are puzzle pieces to find throughout the levels, Red the Angry Bird will hop on platforms. Each platform represents a level, some platforms have little hatchlings on them. These levels are more likely to have an egg hiding amongst the balloons. There is no penalty if you do not find them, but a reward if you are lucky enough. 

Meet the daily requirements and the game will give you boosters and coins. The achievement also tells a story about the community and how the residents of Bird Village are working together to raise good hatchlings. The pigs are still a menace, so Red and his friends have to work hard and stop pigs from stealing more eggs. 

There are pigs in some levels, and you will meet a few types of pigs. They still sort and do their laugh, and it is your job to pop them. There are Doctor Pigs, they have tiny hearts next to them, that is their lives. Popping balloons or activating boosters at them will make them lose life. Small  pops will only make them lose half a heart, while a big cluster will take out a whole heart.
